Spawnpoint Has An Issue. Read

I do not know whether this happens on other servers but this thread, here, concerns SP Assault UK 100 tic. It has recently been changed as we all know. But I, and a few others, have noticed the most annoying thing that seems to be happening.

The swapping of players from one team to another. The AI behind this thinks its an ingenious idea to swap some players who SHOULD not be swapped into another team. I thought it was either the last player or first player to be swapped if there was an issue. Yet, here I am getting swapped when I am 2nd or 3rd. It is unbelievably annoying, very inconvenient and I am becoming quite annoyed with this server, which was once - very good.

In summary, the way the swapping system works does not at all seem to be making justified decision.

One more point, also, there seems to be a lack of admins on the server too compared to before. I have not much to say on this topic of admins other than this simple observation I have made.

Yea i agree, i keep gettin swapped from T to CT, then back to CT. It seems like a bit of a joke really lol.

Not only that but, when im on the server which is quite a few hours a day there are never any admins on unless i request someone to come in.

The only really active admins ive noticed is Black Genesis and butters and they do a really good job tbh.

I know the head admins watch the activity of the guest admins, but alot of the guest admins now only come on for 5 mins get owned and leave(not naming any names).

The RTB balance has been used on 174.5 and others for weeks now without complaint.

Firstly your assumption of only first or last being moved is incorrect... It takes "skill" into consideration to keep scores and overall game score as equal as possible. The "games" recently have been much, much closer affairs with the T's NOT being able to slaughter the CTs to the tune of 20-1 or suchlike. It might well decide to swap the 3rd placed T with the 5th placed CT in order to even things up slightly so your arguement that you SHOULD NOT be swapped is incorrect

Now onto your other point regarding admin. Believe it or not the "Resolutions Manager" at Spawnpoint.com has spent a lot of time and put together a table showing how many guest admins each server has, how long each of those guest admins ACTUALLY spends on the server and suchlike.

Believe you me when I say that that server is very well covered when it comes to number of admins "per day" that go on it and "length of time" admins spend on the server.

We'd have had better coverage but one of our admins who played on there regularly broke a fair number of Spawnpoints rules within a 40 minute timespan and is currently taking a "sabatical"

lol its just my luck it seems that there are no admins on when im there i suppose.

But as i said before, i usually call on the admins via freinds. And ofc im still recording hackers so i suppose it isnt that much of a problem.

It works great in 174.5, except that it starts changing immediately after the first round. It seems a bit silly to have the cts rush, win, and lose their best player who got 3 kills. I do not think the autobalance should kick in until a few rounds later when everyone has some money.

ETB is really crazy, i was no1 on CT just now and i was the only person with a plus score on CT. Then the server decides to swap me to T..... CT didnt stand a chance then on after.......

Yes maybe its dependent on skill, but it still doesnt benefit the CTs in my opinion. Not only that but the ppl that only play T never get swapped either. And not only that T still win overrall so i dont see what youve attempted to fix.

Plz SP there must be another auto balance out there thats better......

Yeah, I have been playing again this morning and it is just the same. TBH, Raven, I do not even BELIEVE you like it either. But because you are staff you have to go along with it.

How about trying to come onto 100tic UK ASSAULT and see how annoyed you get getting changed from one team to another all the time just as you settle down.

It is nothing short of unacceptable given the standard of service you guys gave before.

And I will add another thing - today everyones pings went up by about 100 for a minute; never did I see that happen before either. Though I am aware that it does happen to servers.

What is the BOT called that does the changing again: RTB or something? I would just get rid of it tbh.

Furthermore, I would suggest that l4rk was made admin for UK_ASSAULT 100tic: he plays often, I have never seen him smash the rules as much as people complain about. And whats more, there were never issues when he was admin because he was on that server a lot. I would much rather an admin be there than this RTB.

This all IMO of course and no offence intended toward anyone; not even RTB - the little robot.

I play on that server more than you do dude. So please don't give me your self-righteous bull about me liking the RTB just because i'm staff

As for the RTB it's staying....whether you like it or not

It's not a democracy on here. So far, from over 2500 regular players on that server TWO have complained and both appear to be "friends".

I've had more PM's and emails stating thank you today than that lol....
