i know im new on the forum but since the racsime problem on sp i felt really concerned and thats why i wanted to be an admin to help you. that is not the point of this post but i wanted to make it clear for all of you.
and i ll prouv you can count on me (dosen't matter the time it will take...snif..)
Ok here's the deal.
83.142.230.66 this night for u.s ( and morning for me) a guy called jojoyogomo came with a cheat:

no admin ..pissing off all players and all ..
So i made a demo with Sparki and i sent it to hacker@phxx.net.
ok it's cool ..so i came back to tell jojoy about the good news but :

This guy seems to have many steam accounts at least 2 ..
but what if it was the truth ?
how can we ban a guy that use thousand of accounts ?
Can valve get his ip ?
does valve will even care ?
Do you believe in the manbearpig ?

Or a bear half pig half man ?

The probleme is that he was making adversering about how to have many hacked account.
It could be a real problem in the future If it reveals to be true.

Any ideas?

The guy was probably full of crap. It is possible to have multiple steam ID I know of ways that people get them, however they don't steal them from normal users. If he has multiplesteam IDI'm content to ban them all!!! I'm sure that member's of the AntiCheat team will say the same. Banning by IP usually doesn't work because they have a way of changing there IP's. And no valve doesn't care. They are a bunch of people who think about how they can screw over normal users with updates (Dynamic Weapon Prices), rather then worried about hackers.

i know u can stealth ur ip by using proxy but your ping ..or even spoofing it ...
but he dosnt sound like hes knowing anything about hacking.
So i thought maybe valve could do something .
But you'r right about them ..Admin are the only one able to change things.
Talking about that i sent the demo to hacker@phxx.net. but who are they ?
Is there any direct connection to sp ?

The best course of action is to keep catching him and kicking/banning him. Eventually he will get tired of it and will find servers with more lax rules.

Ok back to what is important, as far as I know valve and steam cannot know if all the accounts are linked to one dude, but if he really has that much free time to get those accounts and hack then we do not want him on any of the servers. Just keep doing what you are doing and demo him. MAKE SURE YOU TYPE SB_STATUS or STATUS IN CONSOLE RIGHT AWAY

I also suggest getting the friends name of at least one admin on the servers you regualarly play, that way if you see a hacker you can let them know and he can get banned after, after you recorded a demo. I know you have played on the server I am admin on and there are several other admins on that server, so there shouldnt be a problem about there not being an admin there for any extended period of time.
