Perfect crosshair!

I use light blue crosshair with 3000 crosshairscale.

I find that I get much more kills than using 9999 crosshairscale (especially more headshots)

Ah hey alpha your the one i got the crosshair off, im glad to say i did an ED match and happly played with your crosshair as xray put it up as red for some reason so cheers for that

I now use Alpha's pink Crosshair with scale 4000. Works a treat on Officefest 24/7

Alpha's crosshair is the best custom crosshair out there.
My only "small" problem is that is sometimes blends in with the walls and everything when I'm playing the pinkpanther map, although it isn't such a big concern. But then again, I still think its a perfect crosshair.

Im sorry but using modified crosshairs seem to mess up several aspects of the game. As you can see in the picture of the desert eagle , It is one static small dot that does not move. This is the worst thing if you need quick acquisition while doing an unexpected move such as jumping. I keep the default crosshair because of this. You need to be able to judge the accuracy of a weapon. The most applicable weapon to this is the m249. M249 can shoot very accurate single shot. In full auto its accuracy is only suitable for suppressive fire or up close. In between you need to be able to see how accurate it is especially for burst shots over 4.

I use 5000. 5000 is the smallest it can be, therefore being the same as 99999.

i use the same color as alpha's because it can easily be seen on any map and doesn't get lost in other bright colors although mine is a little darker closer to a purple. And i have been using that crosshair since i started playing cs

yea thats pretty much how i feel.. i use cl_crosshairscale 1200 (default small) light blue

i gonna tell you , if you having crosshair 9999 you just need to wait when u wanna shoot headshot . normal croshair is better i thing so . you dont have to wait anything just shoot what you see

I use the default_small setting in the options area with a HD Res, but have also been known to use the same settings as Mangiacapra^ (one of last years i34 winners).

Infact, if you want more info, or just want to use their settings, you can go to Birmingham Salvo :: User Profile and download each of the members .cfg and autoexec files via their profiles.

*** Note, changing any settings including the crosshair thickness/scale will only help if you can aim in the first place =P.
