Default Chrono Trigger

came across this today

Unofficial Chrono Trigger II - Chrono Ideologues

and i thought.. its a shame they never made a sequel to Chrono Trigger..

or made the conversion to 3D... i bet it'd good to even do a remake of the original but in 3D

or has this all happened and i didnt realize cause i know there was Chrono Cross and all that but it wasnt quite the same..

I heard like a year ago, that they were gonna make a Sequal Call" chrono Break" But Akria Toriyama (Character designer) was busy with Blue Dragon and a few other were busy with other project that had part with the orginal Chrono trigger. But If they were not busy with any other at the moment they would surely do another "Chrono" game

And at the moment Akaria Toriyama is currently Doing a MMO about the Dragon Ball Franchise

Chrono Trigger was my favorite RPG with FFIV for the SNES.
Magus was my favorite character.

Well most of the original developers/designers have gone their separate ways and no longer work for SQUARE-ENIX. Including Nobou Uematsu who does the music so the scores would be less good. So unfortunately it will never happen... though I am probably happy because I think that if there was a sequel it would be horrible and I would much rather have a classic game not get F'ed up with a bad sequel - which is why I tend to not include Chrono Cross as part of the original
