Personally I would not buy tubing from Home Depot, they sell PVC or Vinyl, which is not bend-friendly. I bought 10 feet of Tygon Tubing for about 20 bucks at my local Microcenter, and I am very happy with its bending abilities

Unlikely unless they have a lot of enthusiast hardware (fans, lighting, shiny copper stuff)...but it's worth a shot. If not try performance-pcs or frozencpu, they sell by the foot. About 7 feet is plenty for a Pump/Rad/CPU/Chipset loop, I always go for 10 feet just so I have spare, and for when I add a couple video cards to the loop

yeah you're set tool wise then. I need to get a welder, it'll make working on cars a lot easier T_T.

And if you do it right, it'll work incredibly well. Were you going to passively cool the radiator? or attach fans to it?

fans, i was thinking that sence im only cooling the proccesor to start i could get by with a single 120mm fan radiator. the reason for only the procceros is because that will be the simplest block to make, the others are going to rquire a little more work but once its done its gonna look pretty cool.

Very nice

I got annoyed with my former mess of cables to I busted out my Dremel and got to work. My case is a ThermalTake Xaser III V1000A, which if you have one you know there are NO HOLES on the back of the motherboard tray for routing cables, so unless some are cut you are doomed to have a mess of a computer...

Before the Dremel:

After the dremel:

Top exhaust for my radiator:

My LC loop is a Swiftech 655 pump (317GPH), Thermochill PA120.1 Radiator (BEST brand of radiator for low-medium speed fans), D-Tek FuZion CPU waterblock, and an EK 680i Chipset Waterblock.

To answer the question a couple posts up a single 120mm radiator is plenty for a CPU depending on the block. The FuZion is great from what I have seen, very low flow restriction and amazing cooling. I have an E6600 overclocked to 3.0GHz right now (2.4 stock) and I run 27C-29C idle, compared to the 40-46C idle I got with the stock intel cooler. Keep in mind my Northbridge is on the same loop dumping a lot of heat into the water, if I took that out my CPU would likely idle at like 23C which is only 2C above my ambient room temp.

I plan on adding a PA120.3 (3x120mm radiator) on a second loop sometime in the neat future, which will cool my CPU and 2 8800GTS G92's, while the 120.1 takes care of nb/sb/memory/mosfet. I'll need another Swiftech 655 for that though

Watercooling is yum.
