game mode files
i recently decides to re-install steam and all my steam games.
well for some reason when i go to join a zombie mod server i can download all the files i need but it stops when i get to one of the ambient sound files, ill leave it for nearly an hour and it still wont be done. is there any chance i can just get the files from somewhere? thanks Bishop

What is the file called?
There are some zombie sound files at fpsbanana: FPSBANANA > Sounds > Search If you can't find it there pm me the name of the file and your email and I'll send it you. |

thanks for that page, i dont think those are the one though, but it never hurts to try.
i cant find the name because the window isnt large to display the whole name, or would it show up in console some where? thanks for the help Bishop

I've had a look through my sound files and the only zombie one I could find was located here:
C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\youraccount\counter-strike source\cstrike\sound\ambient\zombiemod It's called zombie_ambient. Try downloading it here: FPSBANANA > CSS - Counter-Strike: Source > Sounds > Player/Death > zombie_ambient Then put it in the folder I mentioned above, you might have to create a few folders. See if that works. |

ive got things i need to do that take time away from CS but dont worry, im managing it better. cant wait to see you on ZM1 and cant wait for hitman to reply and give me admin on ZM4. which means ill mainly be on there now.
