CSS problem
hey guys,
my friend seems to have a problem, wheneva he trys to connect to CSS he get a message that says Cannot connect to master servers can anyone help!! thanks

I've been digging around to see what I can find on this one, and it looks like it's probably some sort of network issue. I've also noticed that it seems like there are a lot of possible fixes for it, so I'll just put the links with the best info here.
