Default Server Information

I am curious to how your mani admin works with your server. on my server if "cl_restrict_server_commands 0" is not set then it prevents the admins from slaying and performing other various commands to the players. =/ how did you get aroudn this since the update that chanegd the default setting for cl_restrict_server_commands from 0 to 1.

Im not one of the big bosss but as far as i know you need to change few settings in a document to do this.
But im not used to mani admin server side so i can't warrant what i just said.
btw i think spawnpoint/phxx own more than 45 servers

From what I understand, cl_restrict_server_commands is a client side command so there is nothing you can do from the server if a player has this set to 1. When steam introduced this command they made it so that every player had this set to 1 by default, without explaining it properly to any of the players whose cfg they had just changed. So for a few weeks a lot of admins had to spend a lot of time trying to explain to players what was going on, especially on gungame servers.

So in answer to your question there is no way round it that I know of. You could do what I did and make a little steam voodoo doll and stick pins in it.
