Hackers Caught: 11 |
Ever since I upgraded my RAM ( refference http://www.spawnpoint.com/forums/ask...ger_heads.html ) my FPS has been dropping to 10 and lower in busy areas of the game (busy as in lots of peeps and shooting). Things are so laggy as a result that I can not really play.
I did not have this problem before hand. My FPS was always 30-120, never bellow 30. Any ideas? (and yes I am already suspecting the new RAM...though it should not be the cause...)

There are a number of factors that could affect this, but more faster ram shouldn't be one of them. You could always try switching back to check, however a lot of things could have changed. Maybe you have more processes open? (check with task manager). Also, virus/spyware scan with your product, and once with pc cillin's home call.
