internal driver error

sometimes when i am playing css it just closes and comes up with the error message like these:
Internal driver error in IDirect3DDevice9::Present()
"The instruction at "Ox241f94b7" reffered memory at "0x01100cc8". The Memory could not be "read"
failed to lock vertex buffer CMeshDX8::LockVertexBuffer

and the bottom two i have to restart the comp and the first one it closes the game the i restart the game it locks up for about 2mins then works fine for the rest of the time on the game.
any ideas?

You should start by uninstalling your drivers and reinstalling the newest version of them (forceware if you have nVidia, or Catalyst software I think if you ATI).

Well i did that and i still get them only difference is that they happen once i start getting in to the game.

wait are you trying to run it in DX8 mode? what graphics card do you have?

Sulli,

Load CSS.

Then in the options change your screensize to 800 x 600 and hit apply.

Then change it back to the usual size and see if you can then join any server.

ok i have got a nvidia geforce 6200 and DX 9.0

Im guessing your wallhack isnt 100% bug free, and keeps crashing your game

Tbh ive only ever had this problem a few times while xfire was on, and to fix it i upload a not so polite message to the folk at xfire.com; and i turn xfire off .

Dude you've got faulty RAM. Do a memtest. I bet ANYTHING one of your RAM sticks is faulty. Which is fine anyways, RAM is so cheap!!

I have same problem on my laptop, but normally Im using my other computer, which is much stronger... My laptop sucks:P I will try to fix it...
