werid ERROR messenge NEED HELP!!!

first i got this

Disconnect: Client delta ticks out of order.

then after a while i got this
Disconnect: ProcessUsercmds: Incorrect reading frame (check sending and receiving code for mismatches)!


what happen to my computer or is my accout

plz i need help and i updated my routers firewire when i first got the " Disconnect: Client delta ticks out of order. " then i got both

and i formated my computer once and it still like this

in the game of CS:SOURCE and is in all the server i played

oZ, what router are you using? I've found several references to people haivng this problem with vertain Linksysrouters. I also had a similar problem a while back (too long ago to remember the error message though) that was caused by my router. Check the firmware version of your router and see if it is the most current one available. If it isn't, try updating the firmware. If it is, try rolling it back to a previous version (this is what worked in my case).

and i am useing

D-LINK's router , www.dlink.com

and my firewire is the lastest 1 and is still got this messege

and thnx i will try to roll back to the previuos version of my router and i hope i can find it

i got the delta ticks out of order to, but thats it, can anyone help me?? (im not good a computer tech stuff so i don't know about what firmware is and also i havn't looked at my router since i didn't hook it up)
