This weekend we will be in the final stages of delivering improved functionality across the site including an integral custom built forum.

* Improved Framework (now with Boeing 777 Jet Engines)
* Video Streaming
* Improved Login System
* Improved Groups Functionality
* Improvement on Game Profile Consistency
* Improved Search Facility including Numerical Game Search
* Custom Forum

The latest version will bring many improvements across the site and will include replacing the VBulletin forum for an integral custom forum.

Some forum functions as you know them under VBulletin will be lost temporarily as the Dev Team continue to work on key features.
In an attempt to streamline and integrate the forum with the website, some of the VBulletin functions will not be incorporated into the new custom forum. VBulletin and site conflicts will no longer be a problem as we will be able to adapt the forum to exactly meet our requirements.
The forum will be basic to begin with, some functions will be missing and there will be new bugs to iron out initially.

I'm sure the guys and gals are working real hard behind the scenes to make the transition as smooth as possible.

I'm sure a few minor "glitches" or "bugs" will be a small price to pay for the improvments :thumbup1:

Hold on... So this custom made forum... will it delete all current posts on the current forum?

Or is it a custom (made through vBulletin) forum?

EDIT: I think I answered my question by re-reading Debs' post.

EDIT #2: No I didn't... The question's still up there.

I would think the forums along with the posts would be transfered over :) What will be lost is some forum functionality. But ill let debs verify this.
