Deathmatch Team Balance

Yet another custom coded Sourcemod plugin from Drifter.

This one is a basic team balance for our Deathmatch servers. So if the teams get uneven (10-7 for example) this new plugin will move someone to the other team to balance the team sizes.

It currently picks the player at random although plans are afoot to have it balance by skill as well as size.

It is now installed on our Dust2, Dust/Office and Crackhouse Deathmatch servers. We do plan on adding it to Gungame DM, but we need to do some further testing to ensure it doesn't conflict with event scripts.

Yea i played the other day 5v2 that made me push for it even faster. The kdr based one is almost done as well. ;-) They were coded side by side. Just need to find ways of how to move people based on kdr. (The hardest part of skill based balancing)

All of the deathmatch servers had one before. Just didnt seem to work at all.

well this will hopefully decrease the rage quits after i switch someone to opposite team to find out they are right in front of me

There currently is a tiny bug it switchs the person so fast after dieing. That if your the one killing them it actually says you team killed.. lol i just need to delay the switch. Other wise its working fine. I might add a feature to check how many times someone has been moved one guy was getting moved alot on crackhouse although it is random :/

Updated to 1.5.1 delay of .25 seconds between death and switch. and fixed another error that was thrown into logs when people left on map change.

Updated to 2.0.0 complete overwrite of the orginal for performance aswell as to fix a few bugs.
Bug 1: Switching teams when you were set to switch ended up switching you back if you went to the opposite team (if you were ct and went t it ended up switching you back to ct)
Bug 2:Switching people even though teams were balanced. It now checks to make sure that the teams are still unbalanced when it goes to move the player.

Nice gotta luv this update ... sometimes there is no balance since like 10-1...
