GunGame Turbo Is Back... Again

So we think we have finally managed to fix:

It was very popular so now it's back I'm hoping we can get it full again. Anyone who used to have admin will still have admin on there.
We've also updated the map list, adding a bunch of new maps and removing a few of the less popular ones.

yea... i smashed it with a hammer a few times... then poked chareon to start it back up smashed it some more with a hammer and it went back down :{ so i poked chareon again to start it back and it seems to have learned its lesson its been up since :D lets hope it stays

Anyways, would I still have admin, I seem to recall having it at one point, then it went "bye-bye"... and it gets fuzzy after that. But I'm glad it's back! I miss my first server! I miss the regulars! I'll see if I can get the darn thing popular again (a new hair-do and a new set of clothes should do it fine, no?)

i will play on it as often as possible, and i've already told all my friends about it so hopefully itl be populated soon.
the only thing thats bad is the nade level, its hard :sad:

Aww! How dare you! That's the best level, made even better by the addition of the glock. That is, unless, you rush to nade and everyone is on automatics while you're on nade. :(

its too hard, in my oh-so-humble opinion, to soften enemies up then having to throw a nade.
knife level is better. ;D

Few things I've noticed....
Now if your opponent dies or team mate you can no longer pick up their weapon,
The nade seems to do a bit less damage and sometimes if you kill the enemy and there's still more guys left on the other side you don't get a new nade.
The nade when thrown at the feet usually does stall you or slow you down, but now it stops you dead in your tracks
Also a few more things that I have passed on to Chareon already.

With the exception of nades, why would you want to pick up other weapons? I think that would annoy and confuse a lot of players. If you have autoswitch to better gun enabled you would automatically switch weapons when you are supposed to be trying to get a kill with a pistol for example.
I did try getting extra nades when on nade level and it worked perfectly, new nade if I got a glock kill. Will test further though.
We haven't changed anything to do with gravity or nade damage, so I don't know why those would be any different.
It's best posting server issues in the server evaluations section for those who have access. And it's Drifter who now does most of the server stuff.

1) fixed
2) i get another nade fine and i dont seem to have less damage.
3) i couldnt replicate. and ill be looking into it more
also fixed is mapvote..

All seems to be working fine, the game event last night went well.
Maybe a few map changes, but that tends to be an ongoing thing anyway. We could always add the AWP and autosnipers for more levels if anyone would like that.

I think on GG Turbo the AWP and autosniper work well.
I seemed to have good reg on there too despite the high latency, unlike the Iceworld server I have admin on. I even managed to kill a few people :D

The AWP and the Autos were part of the original setup. I would love to see these added to the gun lineup as it was one of the things I fought for on the old server. (Not to mention we saw a traffic boost after the addition of those weapons)
I've also spoken to Drifter about the Knifep3n mod. It was on the old server and it was insanely popular. The week after it was first removed, traffic dropped 50%. And the week after it was re-added, the traffic improved by the same margin. I thought I'd just run it by you guys again in case Drifter swept it under the bed :D

The only good thing about nade level is it gives me the opportunity to 'catch up' LOL ;)
On a side note can we remove glock & usp levels? ;) lol

I'm with alpha! At least get rid of the glock. I hate being stuck on the glock when everyone else is on SMGs'/Shotguns' :rolleyes1:. I would like to see AWP/Auto it would make it more interesting.
