Recruitment of Sponsored Clans/Servers

"Rumors" are that Hitman and others are going around to SPAWNPOINT servers and asking clans to 'abandon' SPAWNPOINT because we revoked their right to use the PHXX name, removed their admin rights and entitlement position.
I have emailed Hitman directly to please not cause any further issues. Bridges have been burned, please do not try to burn the forests down as well.
Since the rumor has been twisted further - Here is the exact email minus a unrelated parapgraph regarding the PHXXCLAN website.

This is becoming quite ridiculous...I still can't comprehend why these ex-members cannot realize that they are ONLY being stripped of a name. Eliminating the clan does not mean the group has to split. Create a new clan with the "clan feature" with your own name and move on.
For example, one of the members that understands this situation is Titan. To begin, he was stripped of all powers just like the rest of the ex-PHXX members. However, since he isn't acting as immature as the rest of the clan, he has acquired his adminship rights back.

I thought it meant...none of us are allowed to talk to any SP sponsored clans. Half my friends on here are from these clans...UEA/Da/Rev/Savage/Renegade Assassins/My Fellow DeeJays/Ghost Team. That would be soooo harsh....

I nor hitman have steped foot into a sp server since then.I just had to redue my password to post.Let the rumors fly we already know whos going to be believed here that is no secret.It is the point and its not as simple as most see it to be.

I was having a private chat/convo with Raven and Labec...
I approached them to try and find out what this e-mail to Hitman meant for all of us...the rest of the clan. It was conveyed to me and those with me that "... we can no longer talk to anyone who is an sp sponsored clan... there s sp for you.... " ...I don't know where the "Hitman quote" came from. Hitman is not even here right now.
As we can all see, from the above e-mail, anyone would get the same interpretation. But I wanted to thank you weaver for clearing it up.

ok girls... While I am all into the girl fight thing, we'll just lay this to rest.
No one is banned or even asked to not talk to another clan.
On the other hand, rumors persist that above mentioned are asking people to not be at SPAWNPOINT. So -
Rumors ended. Neither is happening.

I can clearly state that this is true...no one...NOT HITMAN, NOR GUNS has ever said to me "No, don't go back there." I told them I am still in and will be until I am asked to go, and that I want to continue being an SP member and do what I've been doing for the past 18 months. I could tell, understandably so, that they were upset or maybe disappointed but their response to me was..."You are a grown woman, you can do what you want to do". They never made me choose one or the other.
Afterall, we are all adults here...

Anyways, I dont see the big deal here. PHXX tag was retired, okay. That was the higher up's doing. LIVE WITH IT. Nobody said you had to get all personal about it, whats done is done, play the game how its meant to be played and leave all the negativity at the door.
If these groups of people want to keep playing with eachother, go right ahead, play. PHXX is just a tag ingame like any other name or tag. Its just the fact that you're not allowed to use it anymore because of copyright issues and that it has been retired. Feel free to make a new tag and play with your group of friends. Stop trying to cause trouble and a ruckus, I'm sure nobody has the patience to deal with all this e-drama.
Lets just get on with our lives and share some pie. I like pie, would you like a slice? I'll even give you a nice scoop of icecream on top to make you feel all nice.
All this ranting has made me forget what I wanted to say next. Bottomline, stop bickering, keep gaming, and enjoy yourself. Its just a game.

Btw its NOT just a tag. You WERENT in PHXX I WAS and to me it was like a family! And will still be. So dont talk out of your ass (ask raven its allowed ;)) cause to the members in it, it was more than a clan. Now i stayed quiet as you see from everything but i ahte people bashing us for something you know nothing about. Especially bad mouthing us cause drama over a "tag" it was a family and it has been tore down. Now im not going to say either side was rite or wrong. So tony, shane can we plz stop being flamed by others?

Why should we have to stop if you guys were the ones who caused this? Your acting like your so innocent, when really, your not. Shane owns the LLC and he can do what he want. He also owns Spawnpoint.com and he makes the rules. Maybe if your clan leadership decisions weren't executed so poorly, this situation might not have happened.
