Lightbulb Welcome to the Resolution Manager - cpnichol
Please welcome cpnichol as a new member of the SpawnPoint Management Team. Phil assumed this position a few months ago, but apparently we never made an announcement about it. It's about time.

We have created a new hybrid role called the "Resolution Manager" to add to our Server Division of the SpawnPoint Community.

As the Resolution Manager, Phil will be (is) responsible for the following areas:
  • Management of the Admin Compliance and Server Support Staff Groups
  • Provide direction for the development of tools and utilities that allow the ACTF and Abuse to effectively provide the SpawnPoint Community with the best services available
  • Recruit, Train and Manage Server Support Staff, Abuse, and ACTF Members
  • Provide conclusive resolution for complex issues, or issues that the teams remain divided on.
