A SpawnPoint Legend Has Passed...

It should randomly change the map to Italy or Office half way through the current map, just for a change of scenery, as this was something Ancient used to do. AWPs should also get randomly restricted.

Ancient was one of the reasons I kept stopping by the forums, initially I came to the forums to ask for admins to come ban cheats or restart the map. But I kept coming back to see if there were any new Ancient posts, they were the ones that really got me involved with the community.

Yep, camping allowed and no AWPs. I remember being there with other PHXX members when he would get shot by the awp.....we made guesses on how long it would take for him to restrict them.

He was always cool to me and he will be missed.

I did not know the man, but it's obvious from the responses here that he was well thought of. Death is of course to be mourned, but the passing of a LIFE is cause for celebration of that life.

To what extent this medium we share will permit, Ancient had many friends here. For many, Spawnpoint is a source and destination for fellowship and the opportunity to share something we all have in common. Anyone who serves to enhance and encourage that simple premise will not be forgotten by those whose lives he touched. It would seem that Ancient touched many, I suspect he looks down here... and smiles.

I met Mike some time in 2003..I had been playing on the phxx servers some time and had been given a phxx-r by asp.then one day after having my r for some time a phxx member came into the server and asked me y i have the tag on and to take it off immediatly as i didnt have a rite to bear it..I did i took the tag off as asp already had a recruit even though he had asked me as well..Some time later Mike S saw me in the server and asked Evil why did you take the tag off do you nolonger want to be a member..I said no and explained my situation.. He said put the tag back on you will be my recruit now..I said thank you in soo many ways..I always said hello to MikeS everytime i saw him weather he remembered me or not I will always remember him as the man who brought me in..If it wasnt for him i would have never been in phxx a name a family i will always hold dear to my heart..I could say many good things about MikeS but none would even come close as the family who knew him best..All i can say is he will be missed..My deapest condolences go out to the family he left behind..I will always remember him as the father of phxx to me...

The first time with AA was in the middle of my recruiting phase of PHXX and i was like who is AA. And the whole clan was you are blessed to meet AA he is the dad of PHXX i think the term Hitman used. then Ancient was so these are the new recruits man they suck. lol the good old days no madder how bad your day was or hazing Ancient would say something to make you laugh
or smile.

I'm new here so I never had the priviledge to meet this man. From the response on this forum , I see that he was loved and respected .Being an elder player in CSS and struggling with some of the things us older guys do , he has my admiration for that alone .Some words of encouragement to his family - Only the body dies and his intellect , soul and spirit lives on.You will see him again .My condolences to his family and all here who knew and respected him .

My deepest condolences to Ancient Admin's family. I can tell he touched so many people, in so many ways, just by reading all these posts. I didn't know him but often read his forum.
