Practice makes perfect, Salvage!
I started playing a few months ago as well, and when I first started.. :/ I was teh suck. I'd like to say now that I know what I'm doing (for the most part) the game is more enjoyable. My advice to you is to find a server that you like, and stick with it for a while - the more you play, the more you learn!
