Don't worry, this is nothing too serious. It has happened to me before, and it is not neccessarily just related to PHXX servers. There are a few different approaches you can take that may or may not work. First, simply log off of Steam and then log back in. See if that fixes the problem. You could also try restarting your whole comp. I think someone told me that deleting the config file does the trick too, but I have not done that one myself.
