There is a new website designed to steal Steam accounts, it's main name is Steamv3. Not exactly subtle:
"If you want all games on your account we have to know you account name and password and your ip-adress, because we have to inject a file, with that you can NEVER be banned. After that you can download the new Steam." Yeah right
