Don't get me wrong only when a admin is in game can he instigate these instant kicks stating that they broke the server rules. It's not an automated system that sences a problem. Its just that I feel that it just makes it easier for admins to control the situation. A bit like a football match, when u start playing you know the rules you signed on the dotted line knowing the terms and conditions...step out of line and your off, no arguing with the ref his decision is final.
As for the foreign players I've been on many a server where they don't care that i don't understand french etc. And anyway how does that change the current situation, if you kick someone for being out of line and they retaliate in their own language with needless banter they still don't understand what your saying when you reiterate in english & finally kick them.
You could take it 1 step further..when they try to join a third time a message could come up stating "You have been banned for 24 hr due to conduct unbecoming of a spawnpoit player, if you feeel you have been treated unfairly please post your case at
www.spawnpoint.com enclosing demos etc." or words to that effect. This way an admin can carry on doing his job and not worry about a decision that he has made previously. I've seen many an admin spend easily 5-10 min warning some plonka do it again and you will get banned or I kicked you because...
OK soz now i'm going on to much.. just thought it might help some admins control a increasing problem that is really difficult to manage..
