What's worse is what i call "Regunoob" who reckons he knows better than any abusive admin and that the rules don't apply to him and that every server admin is a jerk and not being able to swear sucks and why shouldn't he be allowed to glitch, swear or abuse players and admins alike.
I'm past the warning stage with regunoobs. It's slay / kick / ban now. If they have played 70 hours (is that it? surely a "regunoob" should eat sleep and sh*t on the server) they know ALL the rules and are therefore obviously rebelling against the system.
Deal with one or two "most harshly" to restore order. And if mr regunoob complains then he better make sure he's not the subject of massed admin debate
