My bad, in a rush, I gave him admin. a moment of seniality.
His admins has been removed, until the uber admins agree upon it.
At this point PHXX will have to forma admin commity - for approval of admins.
The PHXX players you saw in the server were probably BOTS...
This goes to show your not ready for admin.
