No chance that we're alone. But the thing is, we are just out of contact with others. And I don't see any reason why the aliens should be hidden. If they are friendly, then lets start sharing resources & technology and study each others culture. If they are hostile, we would sooner or later find out, either when we are being nuked like in "Independence Day" or if we are called to war like in "Starship troopers." So yeah, these plots and conspiracies don't really add up in my point of view.

And if those videos were true, they would never had been made. It's just as certain as making a celebrity sex-tape, IT WILL LEAK, 100% SURE.
