You can adjust your time zone by clicking on the "User CP" button above. Once in your Control Panel, find the "Edit Options" button (4th one down on the left side of the screen), click. Scroll down to the 4th box which is "Date and Time Options", there will be a drop down menu that will allow you to select your time zone.
