You need to get these racist comments on demo or in a screenshot of the console with status typed in them at the same time. This is necessary for steam ID verification. We will ban a person for saying "white trash" just as fast as saying a racist comment against any other color/nationality.
Yes there have been some bad examples in BAMF, but do not judge them by their tag....judge them by their individual behavior on a player by player basis.
