I'll give you that you are a questionable player no matter what name you came in. You have stepped on peoples toes in this server in the past. In this instance, an admin that perm banned you once before, realized you were no longer banned, an re-instated the ban. I do not know whether it was for hacks, disrespect or what. No demo has been provided to
hacker@phxx.net and you are not on the global ban list. Maybe one day in the future you'll be forgiven and that steamid will be able to connect to that server.
