Noob Questions
Hi all,
It's OPREP with some more noob admin questions.
1. What is spamming the server and what does it do for the player (if any)? How do I know it is happening and can I do anything about it?
2. I've noticed other servers state do not change command rate. How is that done and what does that do for the player? How do I know it is happening and can I do anything about it?
