So - you are a federalist I take it? The federal govt. should have the right to dictate how 350 million people live their lives?

Or should state govt be a better choice? They are after all, a bit more intune with the population they govern.

Or - better yet - make it county wide.

I am a believe in the Federal govt having the following roles;

Foreign Policy
Defense of Borders
intrastate commerce authority


and thats about it.
