the definition of 'person' in the constitution doesnt include the unborn.
there's no way it should be a state decision - its too important.
I've read the court case, we studied it in a national law class. The supreme court ruled against wade/texas saying that their arguments were unpersuasive and that the right of privacy inculdes a women's decision to terminate her pregnancy. It's constitutionally protected, and no state should be able to make laws that supercede your constitution or the amendments.
