We want to leave Iraq because it is easy to be against a war. It's the same reason that drinking and driving laws get tougher and tougher. When it comes to election time, no one wants to have their "nah" vote against lowering the BAC standard held against them and spun into "Mr./Mrs. BLANK is pro-drinking and driving." The same thing is true for the war. "Bring the kids home" is a better sound bite than explaining reasons behind the war.
