Counter-Strike is not a freeware game and must be purchased from Steam for a small sum, about $10 if I recall. The SpawnPoint community does not participate in the illegal download or sharing of games, or any other media for that matter. If I were you, I would not request another "stream or download" of a game on these forums again.
