I think what he/she is referring to is the waiting period to be considerable for admin on our servers.
It's simple. We don't know you, so it's a great way for us to get to know you better, and see how serious you are about getting involved as an admin. Spawnpoint is very committed to providing good support to it's community, so there are certain criteria that are expected to be met when we chose to give permissions to people.
Just be patient, and enjoy your time with us! We don't bite, unless you give us a reason to lol
