Not really, Scout is the "don't aim just fire then retreat behind cover" weapon, since it reloads pretty quick, you need to just get the crosshair out and whip it onto the enemy and take a shot. If you miss, take another one. But most likely, if you get him the first shot, then he's just 1 more shot from dead.
Or if you're really good, you can always snap to their head and get a quick HS.
But for simplicity and guarantee that your enemy
WILL be dead with 1 shot and 1 shot only, use the AWP.
