If you surf through previous threads there is a ton of tips etc...that will help you game improve. Couple of things that players told me that really help my weak game.
1. Limit your stationary time or in other words, shoot-n-move, shoot-n-move. I used to get killed alot because I stayed stationary far too long.
2. Try to shoot in "bursts" as opposed to spraying and praying. Each weapon varies slightly, so it's important to tweak you style slightly when using each weapon.
I don't mean to brag but I'm currently ranked #1
#1 at showing the slowest improvement that is lol...........
