I just watched the whole thing and I gotta say I'm not really surprised. Ok I'm no americain and I don't really like Bush in the first place but I find it totally possible from him to do that. Think about it, faking 9/11 was the best way to scare americans and therefor help him beeing re-elected to assure a protection over the country..
