Question, how do you record demo and send it in to spawnpoint for that hacker to be banned.

So far, to my knowledge, (1) in console type in: Record "name" (2) type status, and that does what?, (3) press stop.

Where do you obtain the demo, and where do you send the demo?

I have bunch of demos to send in if those 3 steps are correct. Please help.
