Once you have wounded your team mates 7 times you will receive 1.5x the damage you did on your 7th team wound, so if you do 10 damage to your team mate you will receive 15 damage.
The damage ratio will increase with every team wound after that. So your 8th team wound would be 1.6x the damage inflicted, your 9th 1.7x etc.

I do believe with the settings in place the 8th team wound would be 150 damage (based on the starting 10 damage as above), and then 1500 damage as it is currently a 1.0 ratio increase setting.
