If you just ban the hacker on the spot WITHOUT taking a demo and submitting it to the ACTF then the hacker is only banned from ONE server.

If you record a demo and submit it and he is found to be hacking he is banned from EVERY Spawnpoint server. Then if the ACTF send the demo to Steambans he is then banned from all THEIR protected servers as well

Now you should realise why at times i sit on the Zombiemod spec for2 or 3 rounds. Demos take time
