No offense to anyone, but admins should know EXACTLY what hacks look like. You SHOULD be able to understand what is going through a hackers mind. Maybe provide special classes or something, but all admins should be familiar with the latest hacks, so they know what to look for.
Actually that's a good idea, about once a month get together and dicuss what people are hacking with nowadays, so you can more easily detect them.
