As I'm repeatedly accused of cheating and often spectated, I don't pay much attention to any questions or accusations about my "hack" usage. I have noticed the radar updating with enemy dots when camping the hostage room, but I seldom make use of it, I prefer to shoot using sound as 95% of players don't try to conceal their footsteps - sound is more up to date than the minimap picture. Presumably doors are transparent for the purposes of that minimap info.
