Why would there be privacy issues anyway? Why wouldnt you want everyone you can possibly tell that "That guy has been seen hacking, make sure your server stays clean". Its not like youre violating some commandment of personal privacy, just keeping the game clean.

(BTW, yeah those emails make me feel good about myself. It can be frustrating though, when the whole server knows a guys wallhacking, but the response says he wasnt banned. Some types of hacks are very very tough to prove.)
