Storm, I would just like to point out that admins are not obligated to run a vote when it comes to changing maps, restricting weapons or whatever. Usually, if the admins judge the situation to be in need of restricting something (like lets say it's a CT sided map, and almost half the CT team is AWPing, making it extreamly unfair to the T's), then it's up to them to make the changes if they want. If people have a problem with it, the admin can justify himself/herself, and if the players don't agree, then they bring it to the forums.
Admins listen to people's needs. If there's a few people complaining that they want a map change, then the admin can run a multi-map vote right away. If people complain about AWPs, they'll do something about it. If people are accusing someone of hacking, we go in spectator, and take a demo, and take further action if we believe the person is in fact hacking. (then email it to
hacker@spawnpoint.com for the anti-cheat team's final decision). Anyways, that's what we're here for. We're here to make the game as enjoyable as possible to all the players. Incidents do happen, and that's why it's good to talk about it, so we can avoid them in the future.
