Thanks for the quick response. As far as I know Rubber Ducky doesn't play on that server often, or at least under that name. The only evidence I have for that is through checking the online Stats section, which hasn't been updated since yesterday, so that may change. I also haven't seen him on there before.

And to add some more details...
There was no vote to restrict AWPs or autos. I had no idea that was even a regulation so I didn't make mention of it in the previous post.
I also think that he DID submit a demo. When I talked to him (before he muted me - but to his credit unmuted me later) he said that he had made a demo of Catguy. The thing is, the demo could only have been for 2 rounds or so, without anything NEARLY definitive, especially when trying to prove "Anti-Recoil." Catguy had an awp, so obviously there is no recoil, then he used the AK combo for only a few rounds at most.
