"It's lag" No, it's a speedhack.

"My brother did it" Don't care, you're still banned.

"I'm Pro" Like somehow putting pro in their name is going to stop everyone noticing their speedhack. I always spec people with pro in their name.

There are quite a few that are reasonable ones that can be true, like "I have a good sound setup", "the other team are all noobs" or even the "knowledge of the map" one.
