If you are talking about the "Bullet Magnet" and stuff like that, it is kinda a ranking. The more posts you get, the higher it advances. If you get to a certain amount, you get the ultimate rating..."Test" I think thats was an error though, lol
It also shows who is a moderator and Administrator of the website
