As far as I know, admins are not allowed to ban users for wearing a clan's tag (except clans such as PHXX and myg0t). We CAN, however, ban for defiance if they don't take the tag off when we tell them to and start swearing (I think...or maybe I've been doing too much for my clan server rules [&:]).
If we're allowed to ban people for wearing a tag that is not theirs, I'll make sure I do. I'll pm you through steam to make sure
