I'm glad I wasn't there at the time. Switching people so I can join the team I want is not something I do. I'm not sure who that would of been but if your reading this then read well. However, I will point my self out as the "Boom Headhot!!" guy, and say this. Everybody is different eh? Some people like to play the game and keep quiet, others like to talk a lot. I am one of the latter, so what I say boom headshot, lots of people do this. My fun should be cut beacuse I',m admin? I agree the noob down thing may have been a little over the top, and now that is reserved for a special group of individuals.
Also, I can say that on numerous times I have written in green to enlighten the person who killed me that shooting me while im taking fire from 3 different directions is not ownage. Is that so different to what we discussed in one of the other threads about trying to teach people how to rush the building succesfully? It's just a different lesson... I am the one whos moaning in between rounds if I did actually get owned and am the first to also type in green to tell the guy "nice shot". Getting killed is part of the game, it's inevitable, however crying "owned" everytime you get any kind of kill is a little extreme, and completely out of context of the word. All I try to do is teach people the difference.Getting owned is all about using your head and tricking/outsmarting the opponent who is trying to outsmart you. As an example, the last t holding the building against 4 attackers, or vice versa, the last 4 t's rushing the last ct and the single player winning the round.
The whole kids thing on the server is something which has come to light over the past few weeks to me, not with admin (i have never seen this) but with the players. A young boy talks and numerous folks comment on them sounding like a 9yr old girlsomething. This is not something which I like too much (like the n word) however it's hardlya kickable offense. I on many times ask the peeps both in voice and ma_say to play nice, but I can't be alive and dead on both teams at the same time.
And with regards to the age of admins windy, admittedly there seem to be some young admins on our server, but we don't make that call. Adminning has nothing to do with age really anyway but with maturity. The maturity to continously warn people first about things no matter how many times a day you have to ask people not togo on glitch etc...
On this matter, can we have some kind of message like the "vent frowning" onewarning people not toglitch at all. Obviously it must still come with a warning before slaying, as some people just never see the text or messages
