There was a glitch like this back a few months in one of the assault servers. Everyone would spawn with an M4, and M4's were pretty much raining from the skies, coming out of the walls, and lagging up the whole damn server.
If I remember correctly it was labeled as a Mani glitch. No admin level I am aware of would cause traincars to rain from the heavens, but I could be wrong. If I am wrong, I assure you none of our admins have that level of access (other than the owners.)
