Oops sorry i was drifting off :P anyway, yeah it's good for youngsters to use those.. and when you get older, more secure, and you find you soul mate, your life partner, then you get into the position where you could do it without skin... but just find out for yourself, and do not be scared to ask for a skin... it's nothing to be embraced about.. i did it too, as i think, goes for most older admins in here :P
